Ajabul Biswas completed his school education in Malda town before moving to the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh for higher education. He earned both his Graduation and Post-Graduation degrees from AMU, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from the same institution.
Upon concluding his formal academic degree studies, he embarked on a dedicated professional journey in education and social development. He initially joined the Azim Premji Foundation as a Resource Person in Social Science Education. Later, he served at the Bharti Airtel Foundation and subsequently worked as a Senior Lecturer at Azim Premji University, Guwahati.
Throughout his academic and professional career, he qualified for prestigious national and state benchmarks, including the West Bengal Upper Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) and the National Eligibility Test (NET).
Realizing the urgent need for structured, scientific career guidance among students and job aspirants in semi-urban and rural regions, he undertook specialized career counseling certification training from recognized national and global organizations. Having practiced guidance methodologies across various parts of the country, he established YNOR to deliver systematic career planning, psychometric evaluation, and competitive test preparation to empower the youth.
